How to manage teachers in Mathletics?

The School Roll area allows you to add, edit and remove teachers. You can also change teacher passwords, print sign-in cards and manage classes assigned to teachers.
To add a new teacher:
1. Log into the Mathletics Admin Console
2. Select School Roll in the left-hand menu
3. Select Teachers
4. Click Add Teachers
5. Enter the teacher’s details in the table. Select an existing class to assign them to or follow the on-screen prompts to create a new one. Repeat for multiple teachers.
6. Click Save. The teacher’s account will be created, and their username/password will be available to download.
To edit teacher information:
1. Log into the Mathletics Admin Console
2. Select School Roll in the left-hand menu
3. Select Teachers
4. All teacher accounts are displayed here. You can edit their name, email address, password, or assigned classes
Note: Teacher usernames cannot be changed.
5. Click Save to confirm any changes made.
To delete a teacher, click the Unassign box. This deactivates their account and removes it from the school.
Note: Ensure any classes linked to the teacher have been reassigned.
