How do I un-assign an assessment in Mathletics?

- Log into the Mathletics teacher console
- Go to 'Assign & Review' on the left-hand side.
- Select 'Assessments'.
- Locate the assessment you have set using the Curriculum/Activity Filters section.
- Select the test type (i.e. Pre-Test, Post-Test, Custom Test, or Snapshot check). PLEASE NOTE: If you have assigned an assessment, the grid boxes will be a light green colour to show it has been assigned.
- Tick the box next to the student's name you wish to unassign the assessment for.
- Select 'Unassign' at the bottom of the screen.
Follow-up tips:
Once a student has started work on an assigned assessment it cannot be unassigned. Changing the assessment type allows you to assign questions that have previously been assigned. This can help with measuring growth.
To re-assign the same assessment, you will just need to change the assessment type from 'Pre-Test' or 'Post-Test' to 'Custom Test' and select the same test from the Curriculum/Activity Filters section.
You will just need to select the Custom Assessment for the required students and click 'Assign' at the bottom.
